Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery across the major metropolitan areas of UAE and other GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar), and Pakistan. A complete list of our major destinations is available here.

Unfortunately, there are a number of locations where we are currently not able to offer home delivery. These locations can be found here.

Please note that if you live beyond the city limits of the location you've selected then it may be necessary to collect your shipment. If you're unsure about whether or not your address is too far please make sure to call us on +971 800 626744 to avoid delays.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently we only ship to places within UAE and other GCC Countries, and Pakistan.

What are your charges for delivery/cash on delivery?

United Arab Emirates

Shipping Fees: Delivery in United Arab Emirates is free of charge on all orders.

Cash on Delivery Fees: If you choose cash on delivery as your payment option, we charge an additional AED 15 for this payment method. We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders; hence an extra COD charge is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment. There are no extra fees if you use a credit card, PayPal or Gulfdealz Credit.

Saudi Arabia

Shipping Fees: For orders over SAR 100, delivery is free of charge. For orders under SAR 100, delivery charge is SAR 30.

Cash on Delivery Fees: If you choose cash on delivery as your payment option, we charge an additional SAR 34 for this payment method. Pakistan

Shipping Fees: For orders over PKR 3.000, delivery is free of charge. For orders under PKR 3,000, delivery charge is PKR 500.

Customs' Duties and Import Taxes: Orders shipped to Pakistan are also subject to import taxes (VAT) and customs' duties. Those additional charges must be fulfilled by the customer; Gulfdealz has no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for information regarding import tax and customs' duties.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery promise for our major destinations in UAE and other GCC Countries and Pakistan is available here. Please note that sometimes customs clearance procedures where applicable can cause delays beyond our delivery promise.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number which will be a string of numbers e.g. 3992789952. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment with the courier.

I’ve been waiting longer than your delivery promised, what should I do?

You can either call one of your friendly customer service team members on +971 800 626744 or send an email to service@Gulfdealz.com.

I don't want to receive my order, what should I do?

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. After the cancellation is complete, your Gulfdealz credit will be added to your account for the same value as your returned item/s. To arrange a cancellation, please follow the below steps:

  • Click on ‘My Gulfdealz’ in the tab bar and login
  • Select ‘My Orders’
  • Select 'Cancel Item'
  • Add the reason for cancelling your order
  • Click 'Yes', you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?

At Gulfdealz we always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via email at service@Gulfdealz.com or call us on +971 800 626744 toll free in the UAE.

Can I place an order outside the GCC?

Currently Gulfdealz covers the GCC and Pakistan only. We are planning to expand to other parts of the Middle East also, so please keep checking because we might start delivering to your country sooner than you think!

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

How can I schedule delivery?

One convenient way to schedule delivery is using Aramex's MyAddress service. You should receive a unique pin via SMS from Aramex once your order is ready to be shipped. Once this is received, please go to the following location and enter your pin to schedule your preferred delivery time: Login.

Don’t worry if you are unable to schedule using MyAddress. In this case, Aramex will directly call you to schedule your delivery. Why login and what does it mean?

It is very important for you to have an account and login in order to have full access at Gulfdealz. For convenience and security reasons, we need to know your account details in order to allow you to shop with us. If you still do not have an account, please refer to ‘How do I create a Gulfdealz account?’.

Do you have a showroom? Where is your store?

We do not have a physical store as we are an online shopping website. We offer fast and free delivery to your home or office. If you do not like the product or it does not fit, we will pick it up for free. Avoid the crowds at the malls and shop from your desk or home!

Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?

Gulfdealz is an online shopping website. All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. We offer a free exchange policy, if your item does not fit or you are unhappy with it, you can exchange this for a different size or Gulfdealz Credit free of charge within 15 days of purchase.

I placed my first order as a guest. How can I now create an account with the same email address?

When you checkout as a guest, we create an account for you with a temporary password. If you want to use the same email address, go to ‘My Account’, select ‘Login’ and click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ A password reset email will be sent to you so you can set a password of your choice and continue to use the same email address for your account.

Why do I have to verify my phone number?

We request verification of your phone number for the security of the account. Also, the courier will use this number to call you before delivery to ensure we deliver to the right person and on time.

How can I view Gulfdealz.com in arabic?

For desktop and mobile sites, you can switch language by clicking on the top right hand corner of your browser.

Can I order items in bulk to resell them?

We do not support bulk ordering. The reason is that customs authorities require additional paperwork for bulk shipments. We would love for you to order anything you like for yourself but we might have to block an order if we think you're ordering to resell.

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you’ve finished shopping and proceed to checkout, there will be a field provided for discounts, coupons and promotional codes. Type your code in here and click the validate button. The correct amount should be removed from your purchase total.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

How can I return an item?

UAE & Other GCC Countries:

At Gulfdealz, we are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the GCC. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps below to create your return.

Click ‘My Returns’

Click on 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return

Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, and reason for return

Our courier will collect the items from you in 1-2 days

Once the item is picked up, we will refund the amount (excluding Cash on Delivery and shipping fees) as Gulfdealz credit within 48 hours

Pakistan:

For returns from Pakistan, kindly ship the item/s to the following address: Gulfdealz, 203 Al Safa C Bank Street  Dubai, UAE. While we don't have any limitations on the courier company, our preferred shipping partner for Pakistan is TCS.

Your credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is received at the Gulfdealz facilities. You can also request a refund if the method of payment was PayPal or Credit card. Note that the credit/refund won't include cash on delivery fee, customs' duties, import taxes and return shipping fees.

What are the rules for return?

Return/Exchange can only be made within 15 days from date of delivery.

Item should be in a good condition and not used, along with the original tag.

It should also be in the same brand box you received.

If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

UAE & Other GCC Countries & Pakistan:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card/PayPal refunds. However we offer free exchanges in the form of Gulfdealz Credit. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice. Please note, however, that the COD charge and any shipping fees are not refundable as it goes to the courier company.

For example, if you paid AED 200 for an item, we’ll give you Gulfdealz credit for AED 200 after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the COD charge - AED 34 - is not refundable, as it goes to the courier company.

Pakistan:

We offer free exchanges in the form of Gulfdealz Credit. For orders shipped to Pakistan, you can request a refund if the method of payment was PayPal or Credit Card. However, please note that the credit/refund won't include cash on delivery fee, customs' duties, import taxes and any shipping fees.

How long does it take to get my Gulfdealz credit?

UAE & GCC:

For returns from UAE and other GCC countries, the sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return the better. Our courier will schedule a pickup from your doorstep at a time that suits you. Returns are picked up within 2 working days, and we’ll process your Gulfdealz credit after the items have been received.

Pakistan:

For returns from Pakistan, your credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is received at the Gulfdealz facilities.

How do I return/exchange an item I purchased with Gulfdealz credit?

If you used Gulfdealz credit to purchase something from our website and want to return it, we just add the total amount you paid (excluding cash on delivery and shipping fees since that goes to Courier Company), back to your credit. For orders shipped to Pakistan, this amount doesn't include any customs' duties, import taxes and return shipping fees. For example, if you ordered shoes for AED 100 and used credit for AED 30, you actually paid AED 70. But if the shoes do not fit and you want to have them exchanged for a different size, we will restore your credit with AED 100.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards

At Gulfdealz, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees. You can save your credit card details in your ‘My Account’ section; this means a quicker checkout process next time.

Cash on Delivery

For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method for orders less than USD 500 in GCC, SAR 2000 in KSA and unlimited for UAE, and PKR 3,000 for Pakistan.

You can pay the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that since the COD service is costly for us to provide, cash payment orders will be charged additionally for per order no matter the number of items your order contains. The charges for cod are as follows:

PayPal

We at Gulfdealz also offer PayPal as a method of payment. All you have to do is select PayPal as a payment method (after filling in your customer information) and proceed to 'Buy Now'. You will be redirected to your PayPal account where all your debit or credit card details and address will be displayed, as well as your desired purchase. When you click ‘Pay Now’ the amount will be sent to Gulfdealz. If you do not click ‘Pay Now’ within 30 minutes, your order will be cancelled.

Why should I use prepaid methods of payment?

If you use a prepaid method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal), you will not have to pay any cash on delivery charges. Another benefit is that prepaid orders do not require phone verification so there is a good chance that your order would be processed faster.

Are my bank details trusted for online payments at Gulfdealz?

We use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From our side, the most important thing is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will under no circumstances be disclosed to any third party. My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?

Double check the following common mistakes:

Is the card you used for ATM use only?

Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.

Did you complete the 3D Secure Check successfully?

In order to avail of 3D secure authentication you must register your credit/debit card. This is a one-time process which takes place on the card issuer’s  (bank) website. The process involves the cardholder answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and cardholder will know the answer. The cardholder then selects a password and/or a secret question, which will be used by the card issuer during each online transaction. Contact your bank if you are facing any problems with 3D secure.

What is the Gulfdealz refer a friend program?

It is a process through which you introduce a friend to Gulfdealz and you both get rewarded.

How to participate?

In the Referrals tab in your Gulfdealz account, you will find a unique coupon code. Simply share this code with friends who are new to Gulfdealz. They will receive 10% off when they make their first purchase and 50 SAR will be credited to your Gulfdealz account once their order is delivered.

Terms & Conditions

When using the Gulfdealz Refer a friend program, the customers will receive Gulfdealz credit to be redeemed on Gulfdealz only, when referring a complying friend. His/her friend will also get a discount on his first purchase. The referrer and referee must adhere to the requirements outlined below in order to take part in the scheme.

Please note the referee (person Gulfdealz.com is being recommended to by their friend) must:

Be a new customer who has never shopped on Gulfdealz before under any email address.

Buy products worth AED 200 or more to redeem their 10% off discount code.

Must reside in the UAE or KSA or Pakistan.

Just enter what you are looking for in our powerful search bar and it will give you all the relevant products corresponding to your query. We offer you the possibility to further refine your search through the advanced search bar that appears with your search results. Using advanced search, you can further choose category, brand, color, price, and size as more specific search criteria.

Does Gulfdealz guarantee authenticity of products?

We only sell 100% genuine and authentic products at Gulfdealz. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. All of our products are sourced from authorized suppliers and distributors and are of premier quality.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

Although we try to maintain a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can sometimes run out of stock. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide timelines for when a specific item will be available again. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.

What if I don’t like my order? What if it doesn’t fit?

At Gulfdealz, we have a 15 days return/exchange policy. As long as the products are still in saleable condition, within 15 days of receipt and still with its original box/tags, you can exchange your items for Gulfdealz credit or a new item. You can return multiple items at a time across your recent orders through your ‘My Account’ section of our site. Our courier will pick up your order free of charge. To arrange a return, follow the steps below:

What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

We at Gulfdealz take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered. In case we made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via email at service@Gulfdealz.com, or call us on +971 800 626744 (Toll free in the UAE). We will schedule a pick-up of the item and immediately issue Gulfdealz credit to place a new order.

Something is missing from my order, what do I do?

Check the package thoroughly as sometimes we place small items inside the pockets of larger items, especially if the missing pieces are accessories or jewelry. If the item is still missing then please give us a call immediately so we can investigate. I forgot my password, what should I do?

Gulfdealz Credit

What is Gulfdealz credit? How does it work?

Gulfdealz credit is a credit note. We do not provide cash refunds, but if you wish to return an item, the price paid for your items will be returned to you via Gulfdealz Credit. You can then use this credit to purchase a new size, color or a totally different item altogether.

What will happen to my previous coupons?

Your Gulfdealz Coupons will be valid for 3 months after the date of creation. After that, all refunds will be through Gulfdealz Credit. If you are unable to use your coupon, you can either call us on +971 800 626744 or email us at service@Gulfdealz.com or chat with us 24 hours by clicking on the right bottom hand corner of your device/desktop browser.

Is it possible to move Gulfdealz credit from one account to another?

Can I use discount coupons while paying through Gulfdealz credit?

You can use a discount voucher in the ‘Coupon’ field and choose to pay with your Gulfdealz Credit.

I cannot see the option to use my Gulfdealz credit on checkout?

Please check if you’re logged into your account on Gulfdealz. If you’re logged in, any balance from your Gulfdealz Credit will be automatically applied to your cart value. You will have the option not to use your Gulfdealz Credit if you want to save it for later.

How long will my Gulfdealz credit last for?

Your Gulfdealz Credit doesn’t have an expiry date.

Where can I see my Gulfdealz credit and activity?

Once you log into your account, you can go to ‘Gulfdealz Credit’. You will see your points balance and transaction history there.

Where do I download the Gulfdealz app from?

What is the Affiliate Program?

Gulfdealz offers networks, content providers, and others the opportunity to earn commission by referring users to Gulfdealz.

What is the commission structure?

There is a commission paid on each sale and another on each iOS or Android application download.

The sale commission is a percentage per sale that is different for each of the below targeted countries:

Saudi Arabia: 12%

Qatar: 13%

Oman, Bahrain: 14%

UAE: 15%

Kuwait: 16%

The application download commission is $1 per download in addition to the sales commissions in the following week which is 12% on each sale.

What is the process of calculating / receiving the commission?

The finance department is in charge of calculating the commission according to the rules outlined in the commission structure and paying it directly to the partner.

The Gulfdealz team goes through order verification process which may include cancellations or returns by the customer. In case of order cancellation, we will only deduct the sale commission. The application download commission will not be deducted and that is to ensure rewarding our partners.

How are commissions paid?

Wire Transfer (which is the primary verified means for transferring commission or PayPal)

When are they received?

Commission is automatically transferred within 3 to 7 months. You are not required to communicate with Gulfdealz in order to receive your commission. The transfer requires a minimum of $ 100.

Types of restricted media for marketing in Affiliate Program

Different marketing methods are allowed in marketing the program, with the exception of the following:

Popups and popunders.

SEM branded

Ads including slogans and images or designs that are not Gulfdealz property or might hurt the Gulfdealz brand.

False advertising messages.

How can I join the Affiliate Program?
